There are no active tropical cyclones https://www.metoc.navy.mil/jtwc/products/abpwsair.jpg There’s a tropical disturbance, being referred to as Invest 91W, which is located approximately 155 NM east of Manila, Philippines Here’s what the computer models are showing According to the JTWC, satellite imagery shows a broad low level circulation with disorganized flaring convection. Environmental analysis reveals good poleward outflow, low wind shear and warm sea surface temperatures. Global models are in good agreement that Invest 91W will continue to track westward across Luzon Island and into the South China Sea, where it will gradually intensify. Maximum sustained winds are estimated at 10-15 knots. The potential for the system to transition into a significant tropical cyclone within the next 24 hours is low. Satellite image of this area
