Atlantic Ocean:  IR Satellite Image Post-Tropical Cyclone Ana – Last Advisory According to the NHC Advisory 8…sustained winds were 40 mph What the computer models are showing The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the northeast near 28 mph (44 km/h), and a northeastward motion with an increase in forward speed is expected through Monday. Satellite-derived wind data indicate that maximum sustained winds are near 40 mph (65 km/h) with higher gusts. Little change in strength is forecast overnight, and Ana is expected to dissipate on Monday. Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 35 miles (55 km) from the center.
