ENRIQUE HAS DISSIPATED OVER THE SOUTHERN GULF OF CALIFORNIA
The remnants are moving toward the west-northwest near 5 mph, and this motion is expected to continue tonight. Maximum sustained winds are near 25 mph with higher gusts.
HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND
SURF: Swells generated by the remnants of Enrique will affect portions of the western coast of Mexico and the coast of Baja California Sur tonight. These swells are likely to cause life-threatening surf and rip current conditions.
There’s a tropical disturbance being referred to as Invest 95W, which is located approximately 370 NM east-southeast of Kadena AB

According to the JTWC, satellite imagery reveals a very broad and ill-defined low level circulation, with convection being sheared to the south-southwest.
Invest 95W is in an unfavorable environment for development characterized by warm sea surface temperatures and equatorward outflow aloft offset by very high (30-40 knot) wind shear.

Maximum sustained surface winds are estimated at 15-20 knots.
The potential for the development of a significant tropical cyclone within the next 24 hours is downgraded to low.
