The Joint Typhoon Warning Center reports that satellite images show significantly weakening convection, that has been sheared to the west of the fully exposed low level circulation center.
Environmental analysis shows limited upper level outflow and strong wind shear.
The system is rapidly weakening and will continue dissipating.
Maximum sustained winds as of the JTWC Warning #7 were 25 knots with gusts of 35 knots
Meanwhile, there’s a tropical disturbance which is being referred to as Invest 94W…located approximately 705 NM east of Andersen AFB, Guam

According to the Joint Typhoon Warning Center (JTWC), satellite images depict a broad circulation with flaring convection, beginning to wrap in from the south.
The disturbance is currently located in a region of low 5-10 knot wind shear, with good equatorward outflow, and very warm sea surface temperatures.
Global models are in agreement that the system will track to the west-northwest, with the timing of consolidation ranging from 48-108 hours.
Maximum sustained winds are estimated to be 15-20 knots.
The potential for the development of a significant tropical cyclone within the next 24 hours is medium
