Animated enhanced infrared satellite imagery depicts disorganized convection partially obscuring a weak llc
(low-level circulation).

Environmental analysis indicates marginal conditions for development defined by low (10-15 knot) vertical wind shear and warm sea surface temperatures.

Global models are in agreement that invest 94S will have little to no development as it tracks southeastward over the next 24-48 hours.

Maximum sustained surface winds are estimated at 20 to 25 knots.

The potential for the development of a significant tropical cyclone within the next 24 hours remains low.
