Tropical Cyclone Activity Report – Pacific Ocean / Indian Ocean / Arabian Sea

Tropical Cyclone 25W (Lan) is located about 330 NM east-northeast of Kadena AB

Tropical Cyclone 27W is located about 240 NM southeast of Hagatna, Guam

Typhoon 25W (Lan) has peaked in strength…and should clip the Japanese islands near Tokyo

Here’s a satellite image of this system, along with a looping satellite image…and what the computer models are showing

Maximum sustained winds as of JTWC Warning #27 were 125 knots with gusts of 150 knots

Tropical Depression 27W remains active…which will bring wind, rain, and rough seas to Guam
