PDC Global Hazards Atlas displaying 3 hour precipitation accumulation…with an area of disturbed weather (circled in orange) that has a medium chance of developing into a tropical cyclone within 24 hours…in the Indian Ocean. There is also an area of disturbed weather (circled in yellow) in the Western Pacific Ocean, to the east of the Philippines, which has a low chance of developing into a tropical cyclone within 24 hours.

There are no active tropical cyclones in the Pacific or Indian Oceans…or adjacent seas.
