TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER HONOLULU, HAWAII

FOR THE CENTRAL NORTH PACIFIC…BETWEEN 140W AND 180:

A surface trough about 900 miles south of Honolulu is moving to the west at less than 10 mph. Isolated thunderstorms periodically develop along the trough but are showing little signs of organization. There is a low chance, 10 percent, of this system becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours.No tropical cyclones are expected during the next 48 hours.
