FOR THE EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC…EAST OF 140 DEGREES WEST LONGITUDE:

TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.

THIS IS THE LAST TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK OF THE 2011 EASTERN PACIFIC HURRICANE SEASON. THE NEXT REGULAR TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK WILL BE ISSUED ON MAY 15 2012. SPECIAL TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOKS WILL BE ISSUED AS NEEDED IF A SIGNIFICANT WEATHER SYSTEM FORMS DURING THE OFF-SEASON.

FOR THE CENTRAL NORTH PACIFIC…BETWEEN 140W AND 180:

No tropical cyclones are expected through Friday afternoon

The central north Pacific hurricane season officially ends on November 30. The final tropical weather outlook of the season will be issued at 8 pm on November 30. The NWSFO in Honolulu will resume issuing outlooks starting on June 1 of 2012.
