Tropical Cyclone Activity Report – AM – Pacific / Indian Oceans

Tropical Cyclone 03A (Keila) is active in the north Indian Ocean, located approximately 630 nautical miles east-northeast of Aden, Yemen. Maximum sustained winds are 35 knots (40 mph) with gusts to 45 knots (52 mph).
