THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON TROPICAL DEPRESSION JOVA…LOCATED ABOUT 20 MILES EAST-SOUTHEAST OF TEPIC, MEXICO…ON TROPICAL STORM IRWIN…LOCATED ABOUT 365 MILES WEST-SOUTHWEST OF MANZANILLO MEXICO…AND ON TROPICAL DEPRESSION TWELVE-E LOCATED ABOUT 60 MILES EAST OF SALINA CRUZ MEXICO.

ELSEWHERE…TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.

500 PM HST WED OCTOBER 12 2011

Thunderstorms associated with a compact low pressure 650 miles south-southeast of Hilo Hawaii are poorly organized. Environmental conditions are not favorable for development. This system has a low chance, 10 percent, of becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours.
