THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON TROPICAL STORM JOVA…LOCATED ABOUT 30 MILES NORTHEAST OF PUERTO VALLARTA MEXICO…ON TROPICAL STORM IRWIN…LOCATED ABOUT 470 MILES WEST-SOUTHWEST OF MANZANILLO MEXICO…AND ON TROPICAL DEPRESSION TWELVE-E LOCATED ABOUT 100 MILES SOUTHEAST OF SALINA CRUZ MEXICO.

ELSEWHERE…TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.

800 AM HST WED OCTOBER 12 2011

Thunderstorms associated with a compact low pressure 630 miles southeast of Hilo Hawaii are poorly organized. Environmental conditions are not favorable for development. This system has a low chance, 10 percent, of becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours.
